**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end logistics operations, overseeing the movement of luxury purses from manufacturing to distribution centers and final delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to optimize shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Implement and refine logistics strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize errors in the supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and warehouse to streamline processes and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, shipping methods, and logistics software/systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using logistics management tools, ERP systems, and MS Office suite.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
