**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented **Fashion Designer** to join our design team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing collections, creating patterns, overseeing garment production, and ensuring that designs align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Research fashion trends, materials, and color palettes to develop seasonal collections and individual pieces that align with the brand’s identity.
- **Designing**: Create sketches, digital designs, and technical drawings for new collections, keeping in mind garment construction, fabrics, textures, and overall style.
- **Fabric & Material Selection**: Source and choose appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for garments, ensuring quality, sustainability, and functionality.
- **Pattern Making & Prototyping**: Work closely with pattern makers to create accurate patterns for garments and oversee the creation of prototypes and samples.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other designers, production teams, and merchandisers to ensure designs are executable within budget and time constraints.
- **Garment Construction**: Review garment construction, fit, and construction techniques to ensure quality standards are met.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attend fashion shows, and participate in research to forecast future styles and market demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in fashion design.
- Proficient in design software, as well as hand-sketching skills. Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, têxtiles, and fashion history.
- High level of precision and attention to detail in design, pattern making, and garment construction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
