We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Fashion Designer to join our growing team Key Responsibilities • Client Handling: Understand client requirements, assist in consultations, coordinate fittings, and ensure smooth client communication. • Social Media Management: Support content creation, handle posting schedules, assist with reels/photoshoot coordination, and maintain brand presence across platforms. • Store Management: Maintain store displays, manage inventory, ensure proper garment handling, and support daily store operations. • Design Assistance: Support the head designer with research, sketching, fabric selection, and sampling. • Coordination: Work closely with masters, tailors, and production teams to ensure timely delivery. Skills & Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fashion-related role. • Good communication skills and a client-friendly personality. • Strong fabric knowledge and understanding of ethnic/western wear trends. • Basic design skills (sketching, mood boards, measurements, etc.). • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Creative mindset and passion for fashion.
