Job DescriptionKey areas of responsibility:

- OPD /IPD Data Management.
- Obtain the planned discharge list on daily basis
- Discharge summary should be cross checked by the consultant.
- Should maintain the TAT of every reports
- Typing error in patient's gender to be avoided strictly.
- Maintain daily data specialty wise
- Should not discuss any patient's reports.
- Courier dispatch and receipt
- Timely dispatch of reports
- Training of the HIS /RIS/PACS modules in front office with the power users.
- Giving on-the-job training.
- Inventory of the stationery.
- Inter departmental co-ordination (Doctors/nurses/Front office /coordinators)
- To understand the demand of the situation and execute the work on daily basis to avoid pending tasks.
- Discretionary reasoning & logic in decision making with an attitude of problem solving

To develop cordial relations with other departmental personnel.
