**Position - Tax Litigation Professional**

**Qualification**:
**LLB, or**

**Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant**

**Experience**:
**2-3 years in Tax Litigation matters.**

**Technical Requirements**:
a. Should be confident and possess good communication skills in Hindi as well as English language, should be able to write messages and explain matters to the clients.

b. Preferably have experience of working in a Multinational Company or offices of foreign company such as Project offices, Liaison or Branch offices.

d. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

e. The person should have experience in handling GST matters, especially GST Returns preparation and compilation, GST reconciliations, Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM). Preparation of GST details for audits by tax department and liaison with GST department.

f. Income Tax TDS matters, deduction of tax monthly, deposit of tax, preparation compilation and filing of TDS returns, TDS reconciliations with books of accounts, issue of certificates. Should be familiar with TDS return filing software, Income Tax Portal. Knowledge of International Taxation, TDS on payments to Non-residents (section 195 of IT Act) is important.

**g. Should be able to handle tax litigation matters - prepare details, visit tax office to provide information, TDS matters verification, follow-up for certificates, etc.**

**Place of work**:
Mayur Vihar, Delhi / Gurugram - should be able to commute to Clients’ offices / Tax offics as and when required.

**Salary Range**:
Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- + Bonus + Incentive + Conveyance as per company policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
