BNC has been mandated to recruit a Custom Professional for Refractory Industry for Gurgaon Location. 1. Handling All Export Related operation & all documentation. Freight & forwarder appointment 2. Support in timely handling and completion of audits and statutory audits including effective coordination with Auditors and Finance Teams including preparation of required data /Custom returns, 3. Prepare data and co-ordinate with various units/departments to compile the information and liaise with tax consultants/ CHA to ensure timely and accurate compliances 4. Checking the Export procedure and documentation as required. 5. Application for claiming incentives under the MEIS Scheme shall be filed online in the specified format and coordinate with our consultant related to scheme claim. 6. Self-sealing stuffing permission form custom department for export purpose. 7. Submission of BOE’s & Shipping Bill’s to Bank related to Import & Export documentations. 8. Handling the FDR’s /BG /Bond related to shipping lines & customs banking related documentations. 9. Checking the tax calculation Import Duty as per prior filing of BE. 10. Study of purchase transactions & invoices to avail maximum permissible Input Tax credits ITC). 11.Study & implementation of processes for various cost saving opportunities. 12. Coordinating with the Supply Chaing/CHA/Customs U other dept related to Material procurement. 13. Prepare the MIS related to the ILC/FLC. 14. Coordinate with Bank and Issuance the FLC/ILC Fund & Non fund based. 15. Handling Appeals at various appellate level in Customs and VAT & Service Tax Department. 16.Handling Statutory Audit and Internal Audit requirements 17. Representation before CBIC on various issues related to industry, company 18. Check, rectify & improvements of various reports in accounting systems. 19. Ensure all records, documents, certificates, receipts, submissions, etc., related to various compliances and litigations are maintained up to date and consistently. 20. Timely and accurate tax master updating. 21. Preparation of schedules and explanations for ensuring smooth audit closure. 22. Maintain a compliance calendar / tracker and litigation tracker. 1. Minimum qualification: B. Com Graduate 2. Import Export Handling with 7-10 years of relevant experience in industry (mainly from manufacturing) 3. Knowledge of Indian Customs, EPCG, VAT, CST, Sales Tax an all-other Indirect tax. 4. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint 5. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail 6. Handling All Export Related operation & all documentation. Freight & forwarder appointment 7. Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset. 8.
