Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced US Tax Preparation professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing accounting and bookkeeping services for US-based clients.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Year-end accounting and closing of books for tax preparation.
  • Preparing necessary adjustments to convert financials: from accrual to cash basis or vice versa.
  • Tax preparation for individual taxpayers – Form 1040 and non-individual taxpayers – Forms 1065 & 1120.
  • Managing ongoing communication with clients and accounting firms in the USA.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, XERO, and SAGE.
  • Handling monthly and year-end closings.
  • Expertise in tax preparation using Lacerte, CCH, TurboTax, DRAKE, etc.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams of bookkeepers, accountants, and tax return preparers.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (CA/Inter CA/MBA in Finance preferred).
