Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage year-end accounting and closing of books for tax preparation.
  • Prepare adjustments for conversion between accrual and cash accounting methods.
  • Prepare taxes for individual taxpayers (Form 1040) and non-individual taxpayers (Forms 1065 & 1120).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in commerce or finance.
  • Preferred qualifications: CA/Inter CA/MBA Finance.

Additional Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in US tax preparation and managing accounting and bookkeeping for US clients.

Leading a Team:

  • Manage a team of bookkeepers, accountants, and tax return preparers.

Core Skills:

  • Bookkeeping and accounting in platforms like QuickBooks, XERO, and SAGE.
  • Handling monthly and year-end closings.
  • Preparing taxes using software such as Lacerte, CCH, TurboTax, DRAKE, etc.

Oversee Accounting Operations
