We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. If you are interested in sales, a passion for real estate, and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service, we want you to be part of our team.

About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the process of purchasing real estate. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect property. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying their real estate needs and offer suitable property options.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up to date with property listings, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads and create new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Experience: Fresher
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property types.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
