**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Material Handling**: Assist in managing the inward and outward flow of materials and ensure proper stacking and organization at designated locations.
- ** Verification of Deliveries**: Verify the quantity, quality, and condition of materials received against delivery challans and purchase orders, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and returned, including Material Receipt Notes and Requisition Forms.
- ** Inspection Support**: Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department to facilitate the inspection of materials and ensure they are stored in the appropriate locations.
- ** Inventory Management**: Assist in regular stock checks, ensuring materials are properly labeled, tracked, and organized. Minimize discrepancies between physical stock and recorded stock.
- ** Material Issuance**: Support the issuance of materials to production teams based on project requirements, ensuring proper documentation for each transaction.
- ** Disposal and Returns**: Help manage the disposal of scrap materials and return of rejected items to suppliers as per company policies.
- ** ERP Usage**: Accurately input and update data into the ERP system to track inventory movement, consumption, and reorder levels.
- ** Inventory Reporting**: Assist in preparing inventory movement reports, tracking material consumption, and identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- ** Stock Replenishment**: Ensure proper stock levels of materials, following reorder guidelines for fast-moving and slow-moving items to avoid stockouts.
- ** Organization and Safety**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area with proper labeling and location codes for all materials.

**Profile**:

- ** Qualifications**: Graduate or Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- ** Experience**: 2 to 5 years of experience in store operations within the **manufacturing industry**.
- ** Skills**: Proficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of inventory management modules), good spoken and written communication skills.
- ** Attributes**: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Qualifications**:
Graduate or Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
