**Face to Face Fundraisers |Hyderabad, India**

Alpha Services has been set up with a larger vision to support nonprofit organisations in raising unrestricted funds that enable them to do impactful and meaningful work at scale. We are a new startup with an experienced team which is committed to make non-profit organisations sustainable by having access to donors who believe in their ability to make change. Using innovative and reliable fundraising frameworks we acquire, retain and upgrade donors. We identify ourselves as a professional group of agile,ethical, and experienced fundraisers who enjoy fundraising and have spent many years onboarding committed donors and helping the organisation become financially independent.

**Position Purpose**

A face to face recruiter works in various public places with the objective of raising donations from individuals for a specific NGO and reports to the F2F Team Leader. Upon recruitment the position is expected to talk with individual prospects with integrity and conviction upholding the values of the organization we represent.

**About you**

To meet this challenge, you could be a fresher or an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record in fundraising and a clear understanding of what motivates people to donate to an organization. Ready to learn and make a difference in the society we live in.

**Key Operational Responsibilities**
- Raising funds from individuals in the streets and other locations as and when Identified by the organisation.
- Stay updated on the work the organization does, other relevant information and be a part of all training sessions.
- Responsible for handling materials and forms and providing daily reports to the Team Leader.
- Achieving the set income and donor targets every month.
- Ensure confidentiality of information at all times especially donor information and other sensitive details.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the team leader / city manager.

**Desired Functional Skills & Experience**
- High energy and passionate about working in the social sector.
- Self-starter, able to work independently, and self motivated positive thinker.
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously in Telugu English or other recognised languages in India or the city you are based in.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure; friendly and approachable, well organised.

**Core competencies**
- Professionalism: Knowledge and/or experience in managing conduct and emotions in a positive way.
- Teamwork & Communication: Knowledge and/or experience in working with others and presenting information, ideas, and positions in a clear manner that can easily be understood.

**Core Skills & Experience**
- Minimum experience of 0 - 2 years in fundraising space with any NGO/ agency in India. Freshers welcome.
- Ability to meet the demands balancing speed with quality and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
