**Job description**

**Position: ServiceNow Architect**

**Work Location: Remote**

**Experience: 6+ years**

**Skills**:
Rest API integration hands-on on 6 months to 1 year

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate

them into a ServiceNow solution
- Develop and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet the needs of the organization
- Customize ServiceNow to meet specific business requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow

with other systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow platform
- Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow developments and best practices
- Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers and engineers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience with ServiceNow platform
- At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow development, including customizations and integrations
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into

ServiceNow solutions
- Experience leading and mentoring teams
- Should possess sound knowledge on IT Application architecture, Design

methodologies across multiple platforms
- Should have a good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies,

human interaction, software ergonomics
- Knowledge of design-driven development, continuous integration, and building highly
- Knowledge of agile software development process
- Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills
- Passionate about technology and excited about the emerging/disruptive technologies

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
