Architect - Servicenow (Grc-vrm)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Validate and evaluate requests from end-users and projects.
- Refine requests and make feasibility validation with Manager.
- Translate user requests into technical stories for developers.
- Design and recommend solution based on user/project needs.
- Ensure intake and handover for Development is clean and complete so developers can deliver.
- Ensure design and development solutions are aligned with Platform strategy.
- Closely cooperate with ITSM team and help create ITSM standards through platform based on ITSM needs.
- Closely cooperate with Platform Owner / Team Manager on architecture and technological vision.
- Ensure used designs, flows and processes are properly documented and KBs created.
- Coordinate with team manager internal projects where coordination between Business/ITSM/SN Platform is needed.
- Additional activities might include occasional Delivery within SDLC. Support for time zone relevant VIPs and High impacting situations.

**Education and Experience**:

- ServiceNow Admin Certification.
- ServiceNow Development experience.
- Developer certification desired.
- ITIL certification is advantage.
- Relevant industry experience (e.g. medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments/ corporate.
- Experience in Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Import Sets, integration with REST APIs.

- Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail, and perform duties with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, organized and information seeking skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.

- Substantial knowledge and understanding of computer science.fundamentals.
- Substantial troubleshooting/debugging skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
