**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators.
- Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; enforce health and safety protocols at all times.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate site records, including work logs, safety checklists, and material deliveries.
- Train and mentor junior staff and laborers as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role (minimum 3-5 years).
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
- Certification in site safety, first aid, or OSHA training is desirable.

**Education**:

- 12th/Graduation/diploma or equivalent required.
- A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, on-site role with extended hours and weekend work as required.
- Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift materials when necessary.
