**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver lessons on topics related to political science, including political theory, international relations, comparative politics, Indian government and politics, and political ideologies.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, debates, and case studies, to encourage active learning.
- Develop and maintain a curriculum aligned with the academic standards and syllabus (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards).
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Provide regular feedback on students' progress, offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and work closely with the Head of Department and other faculty to monitor academic progress.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Foster a disciplined and respectful learning environment, promoting active participation and intellectual curiosity.
- Handle classroom challenges in a positive and effective manner.
- **Student Support and Development**:

- Encourage students to engage in extracurricular activities like Model United Nations (MUN), debates, and political clubs.
- **Curriculum Planning and Development**:

- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources that are engaging, informative, and aligned with the syllabus.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in political science, both domestically and internationally, and incorporate relevant content into lessons.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend faculty meetings, training programs, and workshops to continuously improve teaching skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, teaching methods, and ideas.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
