**Job Overview**: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to promote products/services.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Answer customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle queries.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
