**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels including networking, and referrals.
- Expand business opportunities by scheduling sales visits with existing leads, identifying and engaging new prospects, and cultivating robust client relationships.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide customized solar solutions to potential customers.
- Present and explain the benefits of solar energy and our rooftop solar systems to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical information effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
