**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
- Carry out welding and argon welding tasks as required for machinery repair and fabrication.
- Operate forklifts to transport materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair 3-phase electrical systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in welding, argon welding, forklift operation, and 3-phase electrical systems.
- Certification in welding, forklift operation, or electrical work is preferred.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a hands-on, labor-intensive environment.
- Age: Up to 40 years.

**Salary**:

- Up to ₹20,000 per month.
