Dialysis Technician

End to end comprehensive patient care management for successful dialysis of

patients in the unit.
- Follow the defined protocols for fluid/chemical preparation & patients

medication
- Updating records (quality/clinical formats, patient's file, dialysis record book,

etc.) & periodic vitals charting.
- Maintaining Procedure Trolley, medical equipment, crash cart & related

Checklist
- Preparation of Dialysis Procedure Set/tray and Autoclave items
- Assisting other staff/senior technician/ DMO while any procedure & managing

patient complication.
- Proper continuous maintenance of RO treatment plant and quality of product

water.
- Ensuring proper hygienic patient care & unit disinfection protocols.
- Dialyzer reprocessing as per defined protocol
- Execution of any work assigned by the Senior Technician/ Manager/ DMO.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Suitable clinical work experience
Good Knowledge of Dialysis and Dedicated to Patient Care
- Must have Degree / Diploma in Dialysis Technology from recognized institute.
- Relevant experience in Dialysis Centre
- Strong Technical and Clinical knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- This role requires travel across given state.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
