As a Travel Agent at FareHawker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This role requires a keen understanding of travel destinations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide personalized recommendations. You will work closely with clients to tailor their travel experiences according to their preferences and needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and itineraries.
- **Booking and Coordination**: Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. Ensure all arrangements are accurate and confirm bookings with clients.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Offer solutions to any travel-related issues that may arise.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, industry developments, and new destinations to offer the best recommendations and deals.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and transactions. Prepare travel documentation and ensure compliance with travel regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a related role.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping clients create memorable experiences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
