**Responsibilities**
- ** Financial Modeling & Valuation -**Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct valuations to support investment decisions, business expansion, and strategic planning.
- ** Capital Raising (Bank Loans, NCDs, CPs) -** Manage capital-raising efforts through bank loans, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), and Commercial Papers (CPs). Engage with financial institutions to secure funding for business operations and growth.
- ** Treasury Operations -**Oversee treasury functions, including liquidity management, cash flow optimization, fund allocation, and investment strategies to maximize financial efficiency.
- ** Investor Relations -** Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Provide timely financial updates and strategic insights to enhance investor confidence.
- ** Asset-Liability Management (ALM) -** Develop ALM strategies to balance assets and liabilities effectively, ensuring financial stability and risk mitigation.
- ** Risk Assessment -** Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks associated with investments, market fluctuations, and operational activities. Implement risk management frameworks to safeguard business interests.
- ** Debt & Equity Structuring -**Design and execute optimal debt and equity structures to support business growth while maintaining financial stability and compliance.
- ** RBI & SEBI Compliances -** Ensure adherence to RBI and SEBI regulations, overseeing all statutory filings, reporting, and governance requirements to maintain regulatory compliance.
- S**trategic Financial Planning -**Develop long-term financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to align with organizational goals.
- ** Credit Ratings Management -**Engage with credit rating agencies, monitor creditworthiness, and implement strategies to maintain and improve credit ratings for better financing terms.
- ** Market Analysis -**Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify trends, assess competitive positioning, and drive strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance, with significant exposure to the NBFC sector.
- Proven track record of leading financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the Indian financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA or CFA are highly desirable.
- Ability to work onsite full-time for an interim period of approximately six months, with a commitment of three hours per day on an ongoing retainer basis.
