Job Title: Finance Fresher

Aim of Position: ESOP scheme documentation, listing approval on NSE / BSE, and providing support to clients for esop related activities.

Qualifications: Graduate fresher/ Graduate with 0-1 year of experience.

Location : Mumbai (Vikhroli West)

Key Accountabilities:
Sending monthly and weekly reports of trading to track clients.

2. Updation of database related to share capital because of corporate actions.

4. Coordination with CS dept of clients to get insider data and CC and Depository for corporate action-related information.

5. Informing clients about default to the code of conduct of Insider trading.

6. Talking to leads for marketing of tracking products of LIIPL.

7. Providing billing inputs to the Accounts.

8. Payment follow-up.

9. Data management of all clients on track in software

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
