For Finance (**Female Preferred**):
Responsible to attend/process PDA / FDA on time.

Ensure to meet KPIs and targets given by the superior.

Responsible to handle Client query.

Responsible to handle Region query.

Responsible to handle client mail box/ folder monitoring.

Responsible to chase missing PDA / FDA or Rejection + Disputed calls.

To understand Management requirement and take a steps to deliver it.

Assist to Cash management team on processing related queries.

To provide assistance to the junior to ensure their doubts get resolve and they work hassle fee.

To provide on job training to the new comer to ensure they understand client requirements/SOPs and system.

Important issues/cases flag to the clients/regions for quicker resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
