**Job Description: Customer Experience Executive - Voice Process**

**Location: Chandigarh (CCR)**

**Company Overview**: Theater is a dynamic and rapidly growing fashion start-up based in India. Our mission is to create India's best design-led, mass-premium western fashion company. At present, Theater specializes in footwear, stockings, bags and fragrances for women.

**Position Overview**: We are looking for a **Customer Experience Executive - Voice Process**who will be the voice of our fashion brand for customers. The role focuses on handling **inbound and outbound calls** to resolve queries, support with orders, and ensure a smooth customer journey that reflects the Theater experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers primarily through **voice process (inbound and outbound calls)**, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow through to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Identify and analyze recurring customer challenges and share insights with relevant teams to implement lasting solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Use Google Docs and Spreadsheets to track and analyze customer-related data.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote the Theater brand positively in every interaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **voice process / customer service roles**.
- Background in **hospitality, D2C, or B2C e-commerce (fashion preferred)**.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs for reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
