As a People & Talent Partner, you'll be a key part of building and shaping our new team in India, as well as our existing teams in Japan and Thailand. You'll act as a generalist, straddling Talent Acquisition, People Partnering and People Operations. You'll partner closely with leaders across all levels, acting as a key point of contact for the People team in the region.
**Your impact**:
- **People Partnering**: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across APAC, providing guidance on local labour laws, people policies, and best practices to build a high-performance, engaged culture.
- **People Operations**: Support our global team on People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support and dealing with employee queries.
- **Office Management**: Oversee the smooth operation of our offices by coordinating with vendors and partners, while strengthening team connection through organising events and socials.
- **Culture & Values**: Embody and embed the company values and ways of working.
**What you'll need to be successful**:
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, with a track record of running end-to-end hiring processes for tech and non tech roles.
- Exposure to People Operations and Partnering is preferred. If you don't have this experience, you bring a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Experience working in international environments, with familiarity with labour laws and employment regulations in India, Japan and Thailand would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Japanese language skills would be a strong plus.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
