**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Roles and Responsibilities:Tendering**:

- Identify and track new tenders through online portals, newspapers, and client notifications.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare technical and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, and management teams to collect necessary inputs for tender submission.
- Prepare and submit Expression of Interest (EOI), Prequalification (PQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders in line with client requirements.
- Maintain a record of submitted tenders and update status reports.
- Prepare comparison sheets and maintain tender tracking registers.

**Procurement**:

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and issue purchase orders.
- Maintain approved vendor databases and ensure vendor compliance with quality and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with site and project teams for procurement planning and material requirements.
- Monitor inventory and ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, BG, and other documentation related to procurement and tendering.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or estimation (construction / EPC industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of government and PSU tender portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- **Documentation and Coordination**:

- Maintain proper documentation for tenders, quotations, and purchase records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
- Assist management in vendor evaluation and cost analysis.
- Support audit and compliance activities related to tenders and procurement.
