As a Debt Recovery Executive, you will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue payments and facilitating the recovery process while maintaining positive client relationships. Your role involves tactful communication, negotiation, and adherence to company policies to ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**:

- Make outbound calls to clients to remind them of overdue payments.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during conversations.
- **Payment Recovery**:

- Clearly explain the details of outstanding invoices and payment terms.
- Negotiate payment schedules and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-ups until the payment is successfully collected.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Record all client interactions, feedback, and commitments in the system.
- Maintain updated records of outstanding amounts and payment status.
- Generate daily and weekly reports for the management team.
- **Compliance and Ethics**:

- Follow company policies and legal regulations for debt recovery practices.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the accounts team to reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Escalate complex cases to the senior management for further action.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any field (Commerce or Finance preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in debt recovery, telecalling, or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting systems/software.
