Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Recovery Agent located in New Delhi. The Debt Recovery Agent will be responsible for contacting debtors via phone, email, or in-person meetings to negotiate repayments. Daily tasks include analyzing debtor accounts, maintaining accurate records of all debt recovery activities, and implementing debt recovery strategies. The agent will also provide customer service to debtors, ensuring all interactions are conducted professionally and respectfully, while working closely with team members to achieve recovery targets.

Qualifications

  • Debt Collection skills and experience in Finance
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating debtor accounts
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer Service orientation and ability to handle interactions professionally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to debt recovery
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
