Job Description for a Lead Generation Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer complaints brought to your concern. Making calls as soft reminders to the concerned stakeholders
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

**Requirements**:

- HSC fresher
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate Joiner.

Shift Timings: 6:30PM to 4:30 AM (any 9 hours shift)

Weekend Off: Saturday/Sunday Off

Job Location: Bhayander (West), Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full Time
