**What You Will Do?**:

- Maintain monthly bridge files from GAAP (US, SFRS, IFRS, IndAs) to local accounts for Atlan entities.
- Support the local statutory audit request.
- Supporting the team to roll forward annual bridge files and financial statements
- Preparing information for PBC lists & Support preparation of local regulatory and statistical returns
- Preparing the audit/ accounting fee accrual calculations & Supporting accounting information for local tax audits & Liaising with auditors
- Continually improving internal controls and compliance with Internal financial controls (IFC / ICOFR)
- Maintaining up-to-date procedure documents
- Maintaining oversight of the developments in the regulatory environment to proactively manage the potential regulatory risk exposure of affected divisions/departments
- Providing updates to senior management on critical compliance issues for immediate attention and escalation
- Develop solutions to address specific challenges faced by the business units in regulatory compliance matters including impact assessments.
- Computation on business income for advance tax, deferred tax
- Reviewing monthly TDS challans and Quarterly returns.
- Reconciliation of GL accounts with tax liabilities
- Filling out responses to tax authorities during the assessment procedure
- Preparation and monitoring of Overhead budgets.

**What Makes You a Match**:

- You are a Qualified (CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA) with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar financial statutory compliance role in a shared services for an enterprise or a Big 4 practice
