We are looking for an experienced Marketing strategist to lead our Marketing department. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company.

Our Marketing strategist position involves a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets.

Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency.

**Job Responsibilities-**
- To set specific marketing goals.
- To design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
- To develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic.
- To analyze sales and marketing metrics.
- To forecast market trends.
- To do market research to identify new opportunities.
- To generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products.
- To address advertising needs.
- To ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
- To use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- To liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency.
- To establish a strong, long-term web presence.
- To research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- To write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- To prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- To proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
- To submit work to editors for input and approval.
- To coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- To conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- To promote content on social media
- To identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- To ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- To update website content as needed.
- To perform any other task as and when assigned by HOD/Director.

Requirements & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Understanding of web design
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills
- Team management skills
- BSc or any degree in Marketing or relevant field

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- VIP Road,Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
