**Scope of Work**
- Review and validate assessment items for **conceptual accuracy**, **alignment with learning objectives**, and appropriate **Bloom's Taxonomy levels**.
- Edit and enhance questions to improve **clarity**, **accuracy**, and **relevance**.
- Replace MCQs that do not meet acceptable standards with **high-quality, well-crafted questions**.
- Provide **detailed notes** explaining corrections made and the rationale behind them.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate to maintain alignment between assessments and learning objectives.
- Develop rationales for each question and all answer options, ensuring clarity and precision.

**Skills Required**:

- Expertise in **assessment authoring** and **editing**, with an eye for identifying and correcting errors.
- Strong ability to create MCQs that align with **Bloom's Taxonomy** complexities.
- Solid understanding of **educational assessment principles**.
- Subject matter expertise in **Natural Hazards, Environmental Science, Earth Science, Astronomy, Meteorology, and General Geology**.
- Excellent written communication skills.

**Educational Background**
- **Master's (preferred)** or **Bachelor's (required)** degree in **Natural Sciences**, **Environmental Science**, **Earth Science**, or related fields.

**Compensation**
- **Rate per Question Item**: INR 200 (includes question stem, four answer options, and rationales).

**Project Timeline**
- **Start Date**: January 16, 2025
- **End Date**: March 31, 2025

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
