**Field Sales Executive - 2 to 3 Years Experience**

**About Us**:

- We are one of the largest bricks, block & paver manufacturing and supplying company in the state of Gujarat.
- Backed by our prodigious production unit, we carry extensive knowledge of fly ash bricks, blocks, pavers and other building materials

**Responsibilities**:

- Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, presentations, etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal sales targets
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assignedterritory

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven sales experience
- Track record of achieving quota/targets
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
