EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time Job Objective:
To drive business growth by establishing and strengthening relationships with consignees, understanding their logistics requirements, and converting them into consistent clients through effective follow-ups,service coordination, and Feedbacks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and engage consignees who receive goods regularly across multiple sectors(retail, FMCG, pharma, etc.)
- Create and manage a database of active and potential consignees with contact history and engagement level.
- Conduct regular consignee’s visits, for feedback sessions and thereafter to suggest/draft way forward for management discussion, basis of feedback analysis which can enable to generate leads.
- Coordinate with operations and branch teams to ensure smooth service and customer

satisfaction.
- Address and resolve service issues promptly to retain consignee loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze monthly sales performance from consignees and take corrective actions.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, market rates, and consignee expectations and to inform reporting head/management for corrective actions.

Key Skills /Competencies & Essential requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Go getter mindset with relationship-building focus.
- Basic knowledge of MIS and MS Office.
- Should have own two wheeler conveyance for visits.

Qualifications: Management Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in

Marketing/Logistics/Supply Chain Operations)
