We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing company. In this role, you will be responsible for executing on-the-ground marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. You will work closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless offline-to-online customer journey, leveraging local events, partnerships, and outreach activities to engage target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**:

- Implement field marketing campaigns to promote digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing solutions.
- Work with the digital marketing team to create compelling field marketing materials and presentations.
- Ensure all offline activities are integrated with online campaigns for a cohesive brand experience.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and execute local events, workshops, seminars, and networking meet-ups to showcase the company’s expertise and services.
- Manage logistics, invitations, and promotional materials for events.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and expos to build brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- **Lead Generation and Customer Engagement**:

- Identify and engage potential clients through direct interactions at events, business hubs, and community spaces.
- Provide in-depth information about the company’s digital marketing services and how they can benefit potential clients.
- Gather leads and pass them on to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Act as the face of the company in local markets, ensuring that the brand’s message is consistently and accurately communicated.
- Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community leaders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research to understand the local digital marketing landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to refine field marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on field observations and customer feedback.
- **Collaboration with Digital Marketing Team**:

- Support digital campaigns by gathering local content, testimonials, and case studies to be used in online marketing materials.
- **Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain detailed records of field marketing activities, including event outcomes, lead generation statistics, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Field Marketing Manager on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or technology company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in B2B marketing, especially within the digital marketing industry.
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹9,200.40 - ₹27,965.07 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
