**Field Marketing Executive - Print Coordination & Lead Generation**

**Location**: Sector 72, Noida-201307

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: 12k - 16k per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Print Production Management**:

- Coordinate with external print vendors for the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.).
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of printed materials while managing the associated budget.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, reviewing print proofs and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- **Field Marketing & Lead Generation**:

- Distribute marketing materials and actively engage with potential clients in designated areas.
- Generate leads by attending events, exhibitions, or through direct engagement in the field.
- Identify strategic locations for printed advertising (billboards, posters) to maximize brand visibility.
- Record and report lead-generation outcomes to the sales and marketing teams.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Ensure all printed materials and communications represent the company’s brand and message accurately.
- Serve as a point of contact between the company and potential clients, answering initial queries and gathering information for follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or print coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for meeting new people and driving business growth.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, balancing fieldwork and vendor coordination.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity, ensuring all materials meet quality standards.
- **Must own a bike** for travel to different locations (travel allowance will be provided).
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and lead-generation techniques.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic software to record and manage leads.
