**Job Title : HR Executive (BPO/Sales Recruiter )**
**Location : Malakpet, Hyderabad**
**Experience : 3-8 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)

Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.)

Employee referrals and internal databases

Use Boolean search techniques and filters to refine search results.

Coordinate with the screening or recruitment team for smooth handover of sourced profiles.

Understand job requirements and client specifications to source targeted profiles.

**Required Skills**:
Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred

Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
