**Job Description: International BPO - Voice Process (Outbound Calling)**

**Position**: International BPO Associate
**Openings**: 20
**Shift Timing**: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to clients/customers in the **UK/USA/Canada** markets.
- Handle recruitment and sales-related processes efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and proactive approach in all interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of assigned tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Must hold a degree in **B.Tech, C.S.E, or IT** (Computers degree is mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **3 years** in a relevant role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- **Attitude**: Positive and proactive mindset.
- **Proximity to Office**:

- Must reside within a **12 km radius** of the office.
- Alternatively, willing to **relocate to nearby hostels** close to the office location.
- Previous experience in **voice process (outbound calling)** for international markets.
- Interest in **recruitment** or **sales processes**.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
