Neerinfo Solutions is a Leading executive search firm providing services to leading IT services, Manufacturing, Captives, and BFS companies.One of our clients a Top Tier 1 IT Services Company is looking to hire for a BPO Recruitment role.Role: BPO RecruitmentLocation- Hyderabad, NCRExperience - 5 to 10 yearsLevel - SA & MPosition type: PermanentJob Summary:The Senior Associate – BPO Recruitment will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for voice, non-voice, blended, and support roles within the BPO domain. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, ensuring quick closures, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities:1. End-to-End Recruitment- Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO (voice & non-voice) positions.- Understand job requirements and create detailed job postings.- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.2. Screening & Shortlisting- Conduct telephonic screening to assess communication skills, experience, and job fit.- Evaluate candidates for Voice/Non-Voice process suitability.- Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and coordinate interviews.3. Candidate Management- Schedule interviews (telephonic, F2F, virtual) and ensure smooth communication.- Conduct pre-joining formalities and documentation.- Maintain strong follow-up to reduce dropouts and ensure timely closures.4. Stakeholder Collaboration- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.- Provide regular hiring updates and dashboards.- Ensure alignment with business goals and hiring timelines.5. Database & Reporting- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.- Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and performance metrics.- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and compliance standards.Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong experience in BPO hiring (voice/non-voice, fresher & experienced).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Good negotiation and coordination skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS tools, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).- Strong understanding of BPO hiring trends and market availability.Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
