Job Title: HR Executive - BPO/Sales Recruitment

Location: Malakpet, Hyderabad

| Work from Office (WFO)

Experience: 3-8 Years (Mandatory in BPO/Sales hiring)

Industry: BPO / Call Center / Sales

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM IST - 11:00 PM IST

**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: 5 days a week

Cab Facility: Drop facility provided for female employees only

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Professionals with 3-8 years of expertise in

managing end-to-end hiring processes, specifically in BPO and Sales recruitment. The ideal

talent pipelines within defined timelines.

Interview Process
- Telephonic
- Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

○ Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)

○ Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.)

○ Employee referrals and internal databases
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for seamless handover of profiles.
- Ensure a high volume of relevant profiles daily to meet hiring targets.
- Proactively build and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-8 years of recruitment experience in BPO or Sales hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, social platforms, and databases.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Target-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must reside within 10-12 km of Malakpet or be open to relocating to nearby hostels.
