Job Description: Solar Rooftop Field Sales Executive

Position: Solar Rooftop Field Sales Executive

Location: Amravati

Experience: 1-3 years in field sales, preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, or related field

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Identify potential customers for solar rooftop solutions through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Sales Pitch & Customer Engagement:

- Meet clients in person to understand their energy needs and propose suitable solar rooftop solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and explain the financial, environmental, and technical benefits of solar systems.
- Conduct site surveys to gather technical details required for designing solar installations.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation:

- Coordinate with technical teams to develop customized proposals and quotes.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections to drive closure.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals.
- Relationship Management:

- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and referrals.
- Provide after-sales support and address any customer issues post-installation.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:

- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and incentives related to solar energy.
- Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the manager, including lead conversion rates and market feedback.

Key Skills and Competencies
- Proven field sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or technical products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and basic technical concepts is an advantage.
