About Our Project Coordinator RoleWe are seeking a meticulous and proactive project coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation.Assist the project manager in tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitate communication between teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requests, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.E nsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation for billing.Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
