**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Processing**:

- Execute timely and accurate processing of payments, including vendor invoices, employee expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Verify supporting documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Recordkeeping and Documentation**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all payment transactions.
- Generate and distribute payment confirmations to relevant stakeholders.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and financial institutions to resolve payment-related issues.
- Provide support and respond to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payment activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payments Officer, Accounts Payable Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Nirman Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Nirman Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
