The Junior Payable Officer will be responsible for managing and processing accounts

payable transactions accurately and efficiently. This role requires a solid understanding of

finance and accounting principles, with a focus on accounts payable. The successful

expense claims, payment runs and support the overall financial operations of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable and Invoice Processing**:

- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in a

timely manner and ensure that the same are approved according to the

company policies.
- Assist in preparing and process electronic transfers and payments and

ensure that payments are made accurately and on time.

**Vendor Management**:

- Maintain relationships with vendors and respond to inquiries and resolve any

discrepancies or issues related to payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

and also ensure that all vendor information is accurate and up-to-date.

**Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate accounts payable reports and organized

records of all accounts payable transactions and assist in month-end closing

activities by ensuring all payables are accounted for.

**Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant

regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and

documentation and assist with internal and external audits by providing

necessary documentation and information.
- Implement and maintain internal controls related to accounts payable

processes.

**Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable and Provide

support to the accounts payable team and other finance functions as needed.
- Monitor and analyse cash flow related to payables

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
