**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general journals.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and promptly.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Monitor financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Handle bank reconciliations and assist with audit preparations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- We work Monday to Friday.
- Saturday and Sunday are off.
- 30-minute lunch break + 15-minute tea break
