**Job Title**: Computer Lab Assistant
**Location**: Aptech Laketown Centre, Kolkata

**Job Type**: Part-Time

**About Us**:
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist faculty and students during practical sessions in the computer lab.
- Provide guidance and troubleshoot student queries related to **Tally Prime**, **GST**, **Advanced Excel**, and **MS Office**.
- Maintain the smooth functioning of lab equipment and ensure software is updated and working properly.
- Support students with hands-on training, particularly in accounting and office productivity tools.
- Manage attendance, system logs, and ensure lab discipline and safety.
- Help in setting up training material or exercises in accordance with the curriculum.
- Ensure data security and lab cleanliness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Tally Prime** and knowledge of **GST implementation and compliance**.
- Strong command over **Advanced Excel** functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, macros, data validation, etc.
- Graduate in Commerce/Computer Applications/IT or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students and explain technical concepts clearly.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Part-time basis**: 4-6 hours per day (Flexible shifts - morning/evening depending on batch schedule)
- **Working Days**: 5-6 days/week (as per institute requirements)
