*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated *Lab Assistant* to support our chemical manufacturing laboratory operations. The role involves assisting in testing raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods, preparing chemical solutions, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist in *sampling, testing, and analysis* of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare *chemical reagents and standard solutions* as required for laboratory tests.
- Support *quality control and R\&D teams* in conducting experiments and recording observations.
- Maintain accurate *test reports, documentation, and records* as per ISO / GMP standards.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment (pH meter, spectrophotometer, titration setup, etc.).
- Ensure *laboratory cleanliness and safety compliance* at all times.
- Assist in stock management of *lab chemicals, glassware, and consumables*.
- Follow *safety protocols* for handling chemicals, disposal of waste, and emergency procedures.

*Requirements:*
- *Education:* Diploma / B.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent qualification.
- *Experience:* 1-3 years of laboratory experience in chemical / pharma / manufacturing industry.
- *Knowledge:* Basic understanding of chemical testing methods, laboratory instruments, and safety guidelines.
- *Skills:* Attention to detail, record-keeping, teamwork, time management, and willingness to learn.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.
- Good communication and coordination with production and quality teams.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
