**Role Overview**

As a **Marketing and Sales Agent**, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our mutual fund and insurance products to your local community. You will be responsible for generating leads, educating people about financial products, and onboarding them onto our services. This role combines sales, marketing, and customer service to help you grow professionally while making a positive impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Promote mutual funds and insurance products in your local area through door-to-door interactions, events, and presentations.
- Develop a strong understanding of the financial needs of your community.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers through community outreach, referrals, and local events.
- Build and maintain a database of leads.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Educate individuals and families about the importance of financial planning and how mutual funds and insurance can help.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report your progress to the regional manager.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the company’s support team for training, updates, and resolving customer queries.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred (any stream).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- **Experience**:

- No prior experience required, but previous experience in sales, marketing, or financial services will be an advantage.

- **Base Salary**: ₹7,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on location and experience).
