**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction and Consultation**:

- **Property Listings and Showings**:

- Research and create property listings for clients, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers.
- Keep clients informed about new properties and market trends.
- **Negotiation and Sales Process**:

- Assist in negotiating offers, counteroffers, and agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Handle all paperwork related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- **Marketing and Advertising**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or rent.
- Use social media, websites, and other platforms to advertise properties.
- Network with potential clients, other agents, and industry professionals to build leads and referrals.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, and transactions.
- Coordinate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals involved in the sales process.
- Keep track of industry regulations and ensure all transactions are compliant.
- **Market Research and Strategy Development**:

- Stay up-to-date on local market trends, property values, and emerging neighborhoods.
- Provide clients with market analysis and competitive pricing data.
- Develop personalized strategies for each client to meet their real estate needs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients after transactions to ensure a positive experience.
- Address concerns and resolve issues during and after the transaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, pricing, and trends.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to property transactions.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and commission goals.
- Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- 4 years of experience in real estate markets, pricing, and trends

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Typically works in an office setting but will spend a significant amount of time in the field, meeting clients, showing properties, and attending inspections.

**Compensation**:

- Real Estate Sales Agents typically earn commission-based compensation, with earnings depending on the number of transactions completed and the value of the properties involved.

Pay: ₹11,380.68 - ₹55,361.10 per month
