**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties by identifying their requirements and presenting suitable options.
- **Property Consultation**: Offer expert guidance on real estate market trends, property investment opportunities, and property pricing.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Handle negotiations to ensure the best deals for both clients and the company.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively seek new business opportunities, develop and maintain a strong client base through referrals, networking, and outreach.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and competitive pricing to offer clients the most relevant options.
- **Documentation Support**: Help clients navigate the necessary paperwork and contracts related to property transactions.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure a smooth, seamless experience for clients throughout their real estate journey, fostering long-term relationships.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate deals effectively.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet sales targets without supervision.
- **Sales-Driven**: Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in sales or client management.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and property listing platforms.
- **Customer-Focused**: Passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
